India is a country where youth constitute a significant proportion of the population. They represent one of the most valuable human resources, bringing energy, passion, and determination to create future possibilities. Ubantu has leveraged this potential by collaborating with various educational institutions, including T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) and Goa Institute of Management (GIM).

In June, 2025, six interns from TAPMI worked with the Ubantu Foundation to empower Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and women entereprenurs by assessing their needs and providing branding and marketing assistance. They helped the selected entrepreneurs to enhance their visibility by developing Google My Business profile, social media accounts, and digital visiting cards. Additionally, they created product catalogues and essential documents such as Aadhaar Cards, ABHA Cards, E-Shram Cards, Ayushman Cards, and Voter ID Cards to link community members with the key social welfare schemes. Similarly, interns from GIM worked with Ubantu Foundation in 2024 to conduct research on the nature and quantum of CSR funding being spent in India on issues related to skill development and livelihoods.
